U.S. Soybean Farmer

Keith Schrader and his wife Carol formed Wheeling Grain Partnership with their sons Kurt, Derek and Brian and their families. Together, they raise food-grade soybeans, seed soybeans, commodity soybeans, commodity corn and non-GMO corn near Nerstrand, Minnesota. A fourth-generation farmer, Keith serves the foodbean industry as a director for the Specialty Soya and Grain Alliance and a farmer soybean board representative on the U.S. Soybean Export Council’s Strategic Utilization Team for the human and oil focus area.
