Doug and his wife, Nancy, a certified public accountant, grow soybeans, corn, wheat, and grain sorghum on their farm in Mill Shoals, Illinois. They have two grown children, Charisse and Neil. Doug serves as a director for both the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) and the United Soybean Board (USB).
