At least 30 percent of the aquaculture diets in those markets consist of U.S. soy, which is used as a sustainable source of protein. Aquaculture producers prefer U.S. soy because of its Best Aquaculture Practices acceptance, the assurance offered by the U.S. Soy Sustainability Assurance Protocol, and its superior composition.
