Asia Subcontinent is a Growing Market for U.S. Soy

USSEC Deputy Regional Lead – Asia Subcontinent (ASC) Vijay Anand discusses the burgeoning U.S. soy market in his region. The five countries that comprise the ASC have a population of 1.6 billion people, 50 percent of whom are below the age of 27. The U.S soy industry is working there to increase the preference for U.S. soybean meal for poultry and aquaculture feed. Anand speaks in detail about the superior composition of U.S. soy, highlighting its protein content, amino acid composition, and energy.
