USSEC’s Soy Food Crop Reports Deliver Valuable Updates to International Buyers

A new Soy Food Crop Report compiled weekly by USSEC in collaboration with industry partners is keeping international customers apprised of the specialty soy crop progression in regions across the U.S. throughout the 2022 growing season.

The report provides up to date information on the status, growing conditions and quality of U.S. IP soy food bean production as reported on by U.S. exporters and farmers.  The information is broken out into specific state and regional updates.

“The primary goal of this consolidated report is to provide more transparency on a market where the latest information can be challenging to access,” said Will McNair, USSEC’s Director of Oil & Soy Food Programs and Deputy Director of Northeast Asia.

The report also includes current photos from the field and links to additional sources of information like the Specialty Soy and Grains Alliance (SSGA) IP report and the National Drought Map Monitor.

The report will continue to be updated throughout the growing season into harvest.
