Belinda Pignotti, U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) contractor for the Americas region, shares a look at the largest export market for U.S. soybean meal, oil and soy ingredients. The Americas region, which includes Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, is also a growing area for meat and egg production, and due to demands for sustainable products, a preference for U.S. Soy has been established in this region for animal feed. The Americas is also a large market for U.S. soybean meal for aquaculture feed because of U.S. Soy’s high-quality protein and digestibility of amino acids.
