In this populous country that not only appreciates, but also celebrates tempeh, Bob Sinner of SB&B Foods sees big opportunity to help grow the nation’s food industry while simultaneously showing U.S. soybean farmers the demand for their identity preserved soybeans. Sinner says it’s an exciting time to be in the soy industry. As demand for soy milk increases and soy’s health benefits are lauded, he says, “Soy has gotten the attention of everybody in the world.”
