U.S. Soy Farmer: No Till is the Heart of our Farming Business

Linda Burrier’s Maryland family farm was an early no-till adaptor, beginning in the early 1970s and achieving 100% no till in 2002. This has helped the Barriers greatly increase their soil health and decrease their environmental footprint.

Belinda Burrier and her husband, Dave, grow soybeans, corn, wheat and hay on their farm in Union Bridge, Maryland. They have two daughters who continue to help out on the farm as they start families of their own.
