Soy Green Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup frozen, shelled edamame
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water or preferred liquid


  1. Add all of your ingredients to a blender or blender cup and blend until smooth.
    *Pro-tip: if your smoothie looks grainy, keep blending. It will smooth out!
  2. Add your green smoothie to a cup and garnish with fresh pineapple slices. Enjoy!
