Soy Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen, shelled edamame
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup coconut water or preferred liquid
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients to a blender or blender cup and blend until smooth.
*Pro-tip: if your smoothie looks grainy, keep blending. It will smooth out! - Add your green smoothie to a cup and garnish with fresh pineapple slices. Enjoy!
