Harissa Tofu Skewers

Ingredients

  • 16 oz firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz harissa paste
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 4 4-inch wood skewers

Instructions

1. In a bowl, marinate the tofu cubes in harissa paste, lime juice, and lime zest for at least 1 hour, ensuring the tofu is evenly coated with the marinade.

2. Preheat a grill to a high temperature.

3. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the wooden skewers, filling them up to about 3/4 of the way.

4. Place the tofu skewers on the hot grill and cook until they achieve the desired color and grill marks, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.

5. Once cooked, remove the tofu skewers from the grill.

6. Squeeze some additional lime juice over the skewers for extra flavor.

7. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful harissa tofu skewers!
