Sustainable Farmer Award Winner Focuses on Regenerative Agriculture

Innovation allows U.S. soybean farmers to continuously improve the sustainability of their crops and pass those benefits on to customers. Field to Market: The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture, a diverse collaboration of agriculture and supply chain groups, supports these efforts. Each year the organization recognizes a farmer who demonstrates outstanding leadership in sustainable crop production, resulting in measurable results for both agriculture and the environment.

Rick Clark, a fifth-generation soy and corn farmer from Williamsport, Indiana, received the 2019 Farmer of the Year Award for his commitment to continuous improvement in soil health and related factors.
