It’s not every day that international customers of U.S. soy have the opportunity to speak with a U.S. soybean farmer who grows it. Thanks to a live satellite feed, a group of South American buyers at the U.S. Soybean Oil Latin American Summit in Merida, Mexico, were able to speak face-to-face with Doug Winter, an Illinois soybean farmer, and ask him questions about his sustainable farming practices.
