Several of Japan’s largest importers and crushers of U.S. soy recently traveled to Iowa to learn about the U.S. soy supply chain. Representatives of U.S. soy joined the group as they toured soybean fields and visited with soybean farmers in central Iowa, discussing the attributes of soy most important to them.
