Iowa State University engineers and plant scientists are working together to use machine learning to identify and predict disease and stress in soybeans. This innovative technology is developing a computer application to recognize stress in soybean crops from aerial images. The goal is to help U.S. soybean farmers respond to plant stress more efficiently, to improve crop quality and yield.
