European, Middle Eastern U.S. Soy Buyers Look for Sustainability, Value, Consistency and Supply

In a recent interview with the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), Henk Flipsen, Director of Nevedi Dutch Feed Association, and Fares Hammoudeh, U.S. Soy customer, discussed what drives their current preference for U.S. soy, as European and Middle East soybean purchasers. According to Flipsen, demand is being driven by the customer and that means businesses need to implement and record more sustainability practices as part of producing their product.
