Andrew Zimmern, a U.S. celebrity chef and TV personality, is a strong supporter of U.S. soybean farmers, utilizing U.S. Soy in his recipes.
Soy products are “delicious” and “versatile,” says Zimmern, in addition to being a good source of protein. “I make soy a star in my recipes because it is a complete protein.” His Shrimp Tempura Salad featured here uses soybean oil, edamame, and tofu.
Zimmern also says that U.S. soybean farmers are committed to reducing the impact farming has on the environment. “Let’s support all the U.S. farmers who are committed to providing safe, sustainable ingredients to communities around the world.”
